DELIVERY

Shipping is included, there are no additional costs! Please select a delivery date at least 2 business days prior to your event date to allow for any shipping delays. All orders will be processed and shipped on the next business day where required and subject to dress availability to send. A 24hr processing time (excluding weekends & public holidays) is required for all orders placed online. If you need an item sooner please text 0422801300 prior to placing your order to confirm availability. We use the Australia Post Express delivery service which takes a minimum of 2 business days for all Metro areas & 3-4 business days for regional areas. We send items from postcode 6076. If your delivery postcode is outside the National Express delivery network please expect your parcel to take up to 4 days.

BYW operates online only, so each week we need to wait for items to be returned before they can be dry cleaned and sent out again- this happens no earlier than Tuesday or Wednesday. If you need your item to be delivered on a Tuesday or Wednesday (or earlier) please select the 8 day hire option from the Friday prior. If this is not done we cannot guarantee a delivery prior to Wednesday.

RETURNS

Please place your worn clothing &/or accessories in the pre-paid return addressed envelope provided by us and drop off at your local Post Office over the counter to obtain a lodgement receipt and proof of return. All items must be returned on the next business day after your event prior to cut off time at your local Post Office (3pm daily). If your event falls on the weekend, your items MUST be express posted back before 3pm on Monday- late fees will apply if this is not done. Please obtain a lodgement receipt as proof of return.
